Check out time: Your
adherence to the check out time of 10:00 am. and 3:00pm check in unless otherwise indicated on
your booking confirmation form, will be appreciated, in order to allow
time for cottage maintenance and preparation for the next guest.
Please read cancellation policy on agreement, a minimum administration fee of $75 will always apply.
NOTE: If cleaning cottage exceeds more than 1 hr. a minimum cost of $60 will be charged to your account.
The rental rates are based on 8 persons or less, there will be a $40 per extra person per day charge, if accepted by owner.
Linens & Towels are not provided, they can be requested for an additional fee of
$150. Must bring linens to fit all beds in cottage and pillow cases for each bed.
Firewood is available to guests at an additional cost of $40 or wood can be purchased on highway #6.
